- In case you are not satisfied with our work, even after delivering several revisions, then raise a complaint either through phone call or email or online customer support executive.
- You can get the task assigned to a different expert to get your work done before the deadlines.
- Due to the nature of work, no refunds are made on payments against online tests/exams and quizzes.
Refund is done in case of the following situations :
- If you are not satisfied with the quality and delivered solutions, though it won’t happen.
- In case, if we are not able to meet out the given deadline, rest assure will always give you before deadline.
- In case the work is not done up to the requirements.

If you are willing to get refund for the entire amount (in very particular cases), kindly do inform us and raise the request within the time period of 7 days from the order receiving. However, it depends refunding the amount depends on the situations which have been mentioned above. Once the situation is identified, only then we will be able to proceed for refund.
